What is collected

Name, email, project description, service intent, and optional company, phone, URL, contact preference, timeline, source page, referrer, and campaign parameters.

Purpose

Fit review, reply, scope preparation, duplicate prevention, and aggregate inquiry-source understanding. No mailing list or sale.

Processors

Netlify processes hosted forms. Inquiries are sent to hello@bexwick.com. A first-party non-cookie event layer supports QA; no third-party browser analytics is enabled.

Retention

Declined or inactive inquiries target deletion after 12 months. Contract, tax, legal, and security records may be retained longer where required.

Never send credentials

Do not send passwords, codes, payment cards, private customer records, or medical information. Secure handoff is separate after agreement.

Request access, correction, or deletion at hello@bexwick.com.
